CÉSAR MILANO — MADE WITH LOVE

“We treat everyone like family. Doesn’t matter who you are.” César Milano doesn’t build gear—he builds joy. Founder of CTM and trusted by Bad Bunny’s crew, he delivers last-minute magic with heart.

"It’s always Bad Bunny… and it’s always last minute."
César Milano makes custom in-ear monitors—but that’s not the story.

This is the story of what happens when you lead with love. When you treat every artist like they matter, no matter how big the stage. Whether it’s a gig for two people or Coachella in front of 100,000, César delivers with heart, hustle, and humor.

In this clip, he shares what it's like getting pulled into the eye of the storm—flying in from Spain, racing to Orlando, and hand-delivering last-minute ears for Bad Bunny’s stadium tour.

And just when you think it’s done? He gets the call again.
More ears. Less time. Same love.

Because for César, this has never been about the money or the fame.
It’s about giving artists what they need to shine.

That’s why they trust him.
That’s why he shows up.
That’s why it works.

My name is Cesar Milano owner of Clear Tune Monitors — CTM. And we make the best custom in-ears in the world.

Man. We try to make everything with love. We treat everybody as a family. No. Doesn't matter if they're famous or not. If you have a show tomorrow and you only play for two people. Yeah, we make it for you. It doesn't matter.

So it's always Bad Bunny. It is always Bad Bunny. Last day. Last moment. And one of the funny thing was I was coming from Spain. I arrive in Miami and I called PeeWee – the sound engineer. No, no. He called me and I was waiting my airplane to go to Orlando and say, Hey, where you at Cabron! You know, all the Puerto Rican accent language and all the bad words say. I just arrived from Madrid. I'm in Miami. What time you arrive in Orlando? I'm like, I don't know, like, uh, 10 30, 11:00 PM

Okay,I will pick you up at the airport. What you need. No, no, no, no. We need to make airport. He starting the new stadium tour and he was in Orlando rehearsing for next day the show. So we need new ear for tomorrow.

Like, come on dude. You have like 10 ears already. You need a new one for the show? Yeah, yeah. We need now. New one for tomorrow. Always. Okay.

So they pick me up at the airport. The funny thing, when I was arriving in the, at the airplane in, in Orlando, we passed through the air, the stadium. It was, I was like, wow, that's a setup.

So I get there. I was with them, with him until almost two o'clock in the morning. We do the molds. I went next day in the morning to the lab, say, guys, we need these in-ears for today, For today? Yeah— for today. Like, ah, come on. We have this many.

Okay, we need it for today. It is, it's Bad Bunny It is one of the good clients. Okay. They did it.

So I went to the, in the afternoon to the stadium, like here. Oh man, thank you. Boom.

After that is all over and the same thing happened a couple of days ago. He called me, he called me, I need new one for Coachella. We made it. Boom, we send it and I was here for the NAMM show to set up everything and PeeWee would call me again. Hey, we need three more new ones for tomorrow. I, come on dude. It's the laugh. They gonna kill me. Okay, let me call them. See what happens... Brother, do whatever you can put us in everywhere, magazine, everything. Just do it.

Okay. And they killed it last night!

I don't know if you saw the show last night. Yeah. I think was one of the best shows of Bad Bunny.

That's my goal. Changing the world for a very positive energy with the music, because I mean, thats the power of music is everything.

With the music you can heal, you can be sad or happy, but I try to make everybody happy.
